There are many civil societies, public organisations or private organisations with corporate social responsibilities that struggle to communicate impact and results in a meaningful way. Yet it is necessary for growing ones members, donors, partnerships and making business decisions.
I have several years working as a data analytics manager at a top IT firm, using data to drive decisions and equally leading an NGO. Through this experience, I understand it is not always easy to have the time and resources to transfer results or operations into numbers and quantify and communicate the impact. However, the benefits of data-driven operations are multi-fold and include:
